Here our household was right before we left for the tea party. We enjoyed putting our hats and gloves and heels on.
Here's the full group of us--hat wearers and non-wearers alike. We were missing a few but it couldn't be helped.
Tessa was our hostess and she really out did herself! The food was amazing!
Jolene wore her mom's wedding hat from 44 or 45 yrs ago. It was still beautiful!
Jan's teacup was an antique and so very delicate. She was brave to actually drink tea out of it.
Jana was the picture of elegance and taste with her second-hand hat and borrowed flowers....not to mention Jane's teacup that was glued to the saucer.
Jane came all in black from the tip of her head to the bottom of her feet. Now if only her hat would stay on!
Heidi was wearing a hat too....but didn't seem to want to be photoed. Ah well...thanks Heidi!
Wava brought the color and grace to our event with her glowing smile.
Karen was gentile and elegant as well...you'd think she was posing here but really I just caught her in a quick moment.
Here's part of our food buffet. The ladies cooked up a storm and we enjoyed every bite.
Crystal--our resident photographer came well dressed for the afternoon.
Alissa is unique in that she had the only edible hat. Yes, it was the cheese ball disguised as a hat.
Ali helped Tessa plan the party AND made her own hat and outfit. She's a stylin' babe, eh?
Here are Tessa's scones--fresh out of the oven. Yum!
Jan---oh so elegant Jan, with her antique teacup.
Of course...we had to have TEA--afterall it's a tea party. And dessert.
And even Amelia came with a hat. It didn't last long but here she was--all ready to party.
