Sunset from Milltown

Kirstin and I walked down to the cemetery (where many friends and workers are buried) one evening recently and stayed to watch the sunset. It's a quiet, restful, reflective spot that we visit each year during preps. Our past overseer, Syd Holt, is buried there along with maybe as many as 60 friends and maybe 10 other workers. It's good to be back in WA!

Okay...so I just read this post again today and I was TOTALLY confused!! Why is that? Well, I have your blog in my Google Reader account, so it lets ME know when you've updated. (That way, I don't waste time always checking people's blogs...Google Reader does that for me!) Anyway, when I first read this the other day, I thought, "Hmmm...that's strange that they're in Washington. I don't remember them mentioning that they were taking a trip." Yeah. I was thinking that because I thought that someone ELSE had written this post!!! I read the "D" in the name and just automatically associated the post with another family (that is NO where near WA) and then didn't think a thing of it! Other than the fact that it made no sense with the REST of their life at this time. THEN...today I saw that you updated and I thought, "What?! How'd I miss that?!" It took about three sentences before I realized what I'd done. *sigh* It was late in the evening, okay. Oh, good grief. *laugh* :)
